Select Local Collection during checkout to collect your artwork from Hannah Nowlan’s studio gallery in Black Rock or Red Hill, Victoria (from 2023). Upon placing your order, our studio will be in contact to arrange collection.

All artwork is covered by transit insurance during shipping for extra peace of mind. This insurance covers the full value of the artwork during transit. In the unlikely event your artwork is damaged during transit; you will be entitled to a full refund.

Our International shipping costs do not include relevant and local overseas charges, such as customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees. These are the responsibility of the receiving customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. Please note: all our artworks are shipped internationally with an Art Declaration to certify your artwork as authentic and original.

All artworks are secured in sustainable protective packaging during transit. Our custom packaging materials include rigid envelopes (100% recycled fibre), cardboard boxes (up to 60% recycled fibre), custom-built timber crates (100% FSC certified) and felt blankets (100% recycled fibre). Our packaging is durable and reusable, allowing you to store and transport your artwork well into the future.

Our custom-built timber crates are made well, and to last, so we have introduced a Complimentary Return Packaging Service. Most of our large-scale artworks are delivered in our timber crates and are eligible for this free service. We can organise the return of your bulky shipping crate and protective blanket (saving you from storing or disposing of it) for reuse or repurposing in our studio.
